driving car steering to the right it makes a noise, now beforwe this happened i already had steering rack and power steering hose replaced. now it makes noise when i steer to the right what's the problem

Make sure the fluid level is OK, it may just be low. If it is OK, then I would take it back to the shop that performed the other repairs, it may be related.
