I changed the battery and now everything will come on and work but now the engine won't turn over and start. I can hear a clicking sound in the left fender and it loooks like it is a relay!! I jumped the starter and can start the engine, what is stopping the power from going to the starter?

Check for power coming out of the starter relay when the key is turned to the starter position this is the power that is switched and goes to the starter when the relay is energized. . The black /red wire at the starter relay comes from the ignition switch through the neutral safety switch perhaps that is bad if you have no power on that wire at the relay when the key is turned to the starter position. A 10 Amp fuse number 19 sends power to the relay on the green/blue wire at the relay. The relay is located next to the relay box under the fender.
