Only when it rains does my durango stall when I stop at stop lights or stop signs. What is causing this?

I have a 2005 and mine does the exact same thing. Even if the weather changes it does it. I have taken in in so many times, they think I'm crazy. GRRRRR
I've fixed this problem 100 times there two fixes. Water leaks in around cowl by wipers there's a water diverter-you can buy or you can just seal your coils in motor with new coil seals but you must clean the holes with alcohol then black silicone them in so no water can get down around plugs this works every time I've done it. This is a boo boo from dodge and will just keep charging you to tell you your crazy lol don't be that person it cost around $6.00 for silicone and 20 for new seals if you want I like too put new plugs in to because the water can crack plugs on the sides of them. Hope this helps everyone
So just so I can understand better the spark plugs get wet so the vehicle won't start??
