What is your question?
I am trading my 2005 hyundai elantra for a 2000 toyota cilica gt. The Toyota sometimes stalls at a stop sign or red light, and my assumption is only when it is in a complete stop. I was wondering what this could be from, how it could be fixed, and a possible price to fix it?

dirty thottle body is a common failure. take it to a shop and have them clean it for you and to check the idle bleed screw for proper air intake. not an expensive job Roy
Totally agree with Roy. clean throttle body, make sure air induction boot is not ripped or torn. The idle air control valve on the bottom of the throttle housing often fails it sticks due to carbon fouling, I take them apart and clean them.
