What is your question?
2014 vw passat wolfsburg 1.8L 130,000 mi When first starting the car for the day, as it starts to warm up the cars rpms will jump and the car will stall. The rough idle only happens between 1 & 2 rpm, if I accelerate past 2 rpm, there is no problem. Once the car is warmed up, there is no problem with rough idle or acceleration. Also, when I fill up the gas tank, the car will idle rough and throw misfire codes. I changed the spark plugs, this solved the problem for about 2 weeks. 2 days ago, I woke up to a dead battery that was only 2 years old & the rough idle at start up is h1appening again. Codes:P0341,P0011 Did some research & found people who have had these cam codes & it ended up being a bad altnernator diode. I was told that it was a timing system issue I should just get a new car without any real detail. I am thinking it could be an alternator issue. Also wondering if it could be IAC, MAP, MAF, or coolant temp sensor? Any help would be appreciated!
What makes this problem better or worse?
Car runs fine only after reaching temp/warming up
How long has your 2014 Volkswagen Passat had this problem?
2 months. Car ran fine for 1 month after replacing spark plugs

Hello, radio frequency (RF) interference with engine performance is definitely possible with an alternator that is suspect. Both codes refer to Camshaft Position A having a concern. This could definitely be due to engine timing issues; but it's really difficult to know without performing hands on testing and monitoring performance with a diagnostic tool that is capable of monitoring system data and output. I do not see any reason to suspect a concern with IAC, MAP, MAF or ECT. It's all guessing until you can verify a cause. If you have a fully charged battery, perhaps you could disconnect the alternator wiring connector to see if the problem continues? I'm not sure that's even safe to do with your vehicle - but it's a thought I came up with. Since the problem only occurs warmed up, it is only when the engine's processor is working to set fuel, air, spark and timing information for proper running - which means inputs are seen and if they aren't accurate or have issues, the result will be poor running. I do not think this concern is related to fuel or filling fuel. The spark plugs may have improved any misfire codes you had, but do not appear to be influential with this problem.
