What should a mechanic charge to remove and replace rusted brake lines with all new SS lines including removing body mounts and bumpers and ABS, remove wheel well and nerfbar and pressure wash and jacking up body.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Brake lines are rusted out.

How long has your 2003 Hummer H2 had this problem?

Popped rusted line Leaks all out.
