What is your question?
I have a loud squeeling noise coming from the front of the engine. First diagnosis said that it was the power steering pump. I replaced that and it did not change. Next, I replaced the tensioner pulley, no change in the noise. It does not appear to be coming from the a/c compressor, but I am unsure about the fan blade/water pump or the other two pulleys. When I spray WD40, on anything the sound goes away. Should I just replace the other two pulleys? If that doesn't get rid of the noise, what is the easiest way to get the fan off and lubricate/change that pulley?

STOP SPRAYING WD40 ON YOUR BELT!!!!!! You are not helping the problem. Use brake clean, you need to clean the belt not lubricate it! It's most likely your belt or belt tensioner. If you can't figure it out stop shooting parts at it.
