Squealing noise everytime it shifts gears

(1991 Dodge Dakota)
While i am driving down the road my truck will squeal everytime it shifts and sometimes the whole time i am driving.Please help.

I would first check your belts, because it sounds like they could be glazed and/or the belt tensioner is worn out and allowing the belt(s) to squeal.
