Squeaking noise coming from front tire after replacing pads and rotors

When the shop replaced the pads, they may have installed them or the hardware incorrectly. I would return to the shop that performed the work and let them know what's up. The fact that they're making noise when the brakes aren't applied sounds like they're slightly rubbing against the rotor until friction is applied.
