What is your question?
I have a squeaking noise on the outside of my car when driven slow. I first heard it when my son was picking me up. It's on the passenger side near the wheel. My brother said it sounds like it could be low power steering fluid. Do you agree. No sound when braking.

You can rule out power steering fluid level by checking the fluid level, but I don't think that's your problem. Check your brake pads, see if they are low, these pads may have a pad wear sensor that is warning you that the pads need replacement (if applicable). The sensor is a thin metal strip that contacts the rotor when the pads are worn out, causing a scraping noise, however it doesn't cause any damage. There are other possibilities, so it's best to get it inspected if you are unsure about what the problem is.
