Speedometer stopped working and S2 light is flashing.

What is your question?

After I installed a new sound system in my 91 Prelude the speedometer and cruise control has stopped working and the S2 light is flashing on the dash. I had the console completely out and was not sure if I had gotten into anything that could have caused this to happen.

If the speedo is not connected and I assume yours is electronic? the S2 light will flash and cruise will not operate.
