The speedometer stays at 0 while driving it seems after car warms then it moves to current speed, also the air shock will not adjust when speedometer is at 0. What could be wrong? Dash board panel fades out also. How wold i know if I need onboard computer.

I never like to be the bearer of bad news...but... The speedometer staying at "0" can be a vehicle speed sensor issue. Very common on these. However, the sensor is not always the problem alone - sometimes it's also a wiring connector issue at the sensor, and in some cases, the driven gear inside the speedometer is at fault. Separately from that, you have an air suspension issue that is unrelated if they are not adjusting. Finally, the dash panel fading is an internal instrument cluster failure. Also common. Probably none of these out there available in the marketplace for a replacement. The 1988 - 1994 Continental were absolutely entirely money pits...
