What is your question?
Recently My car was hit in the rear drivers side door. Since getting it back from the repair shop my elec system is crazy. First it was the tail light blinking off and on then the door locks now the speedometer. The body shop says they didn't do it. I checked the fuses and battery connections. ANY ideas.

There's too many variables to know where to start. These cars have issues with the door locks and the speedo, so those can be normal, but when the vehicle has been in an accident, anything can happen.
This needs to be diagnosed by someone capable of troubleshooting electrical issues, preferably a Volvo shop. When the problems are fixed, then you'll know if they were related to the accident or not.
Have the shop check the B+ cable, this is a battery cable that has a known issue and can cause some weird electrical issues.
