What is your question?
AFTER STARTING THE CAR AND DRIVING IT I SMELL GAS. I DON'T SEE ANYTHING LEAKING ON THE GROUND. THE SMELL SEEMS TO BE OUTSIDE THE CAR AND IN THE CABIN WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS? HELP! HOW MUCH SHOULD I EXPECT TO PAY FOR A REPAIR?

You may not have an actual gas leak. There are many vapor hoses associated with your Emission System. If any of these hoses are split or cracked, you will smell the fuel vapors, but not see and indication of a leak. Careful inspection of your Emission System hoses are necessary as a vehicle old as yours will probably have many hoses in need of replacement. I suggest you go to your local Jeep Dealership for Inspection. Also, have your gas cap tested.
