Small amount of oil on the spark plug walls and tube??

Sounds like the valve cover gasket/spark plug tube seals are leaking. It's not a big deal. If the car seems to be running fine, no need to replace gasket/seals.

Snug (tighten) valve cover bolts a little bit... Don't over do it, snug them up some!.. Using one hand, a short 1/4 drive ratchet, extension and socket! + common sense!!!!!.. Maybe you better just have this done!
