When accelerating, it feels like a pulling a slow start. Once the speed is up to 30 or 40 car runs smooth

Is the Check Engine Light on? If its not but comes on soon I would suspect the air flow meter. It's been a problem. You can try cleaning it its easy to remove (two philps screws) use only cleaner CRC product # 05110 available at any parts store.
