Never "flush" the transmission fluid for this vehicle. Honda suggests "draining and refilling" transmission fluid, when the "minder 3" icon comes on in the instrument panel. This would be draining about 3-4 quarts of fluid and refilling with what you've removed. That is sufficient maintenance for this vehicle.
