Shot in the Dark!

I am in the middle of replacing a rear passenger window due to breakage. I am at stalemate at the point where the window track butts up against the quarter sized window. Any help would be awesome!!

The rear window channel needs to be removed, the window guide rubber at the rear also is removed the small triangle window also has to be removed. On reassembly dish washing soap works as a god lubricant.
