Seat belt Retractor is very weak

After a lot of years the spring loaded roller mechanism slows down and/or the belt alignment is out of whack or twisted. May have to replace to fix. I don't know of any shops that will open them up since it is a safety item.

The only repair is just to replace them, unfortunately.
