Scraping brake noise - while turning, NOT using brakes

I just had a complete tune-up, brakes checked, tires rotated, alignment, the whole 9 yards. Since then, there is a loud scraping noise coming from my front left brake. It mainly happens right when I touch the brakes, or if I make a short stop. BUT the weird thing is that there is a huge scraping noise as well when I make a slow left hand turn. It sounds just like the brake thing - like it's metal scraping together. I assumed initially it was my brakes going out. But what about this loud grinding scraping noise while I make a left hand turn??????
