Rt. Fog light turns off with head light selected, Fog lights work ok alone help?

when using low beam head lights right turn fog light shuts off (fog lights work fine other wise). also right turn signal flashes very quickly when used and right turn signal indicator in cabin stays on steady all the time (its also slow to extinguish). any help would be appreciated.
