I just had a tune up done minus the ignition coil (I replaced that a couple of years ago. I had some vacuum leaks and repaired those. I also did a compression test and that was good. I don't know where to go from here. a DTM code comes up periodically (PO420-Catalyst system efficiancy below threshhold). It doesn't rattle in reverse, park, or neutral. only in Drive. it goes away on acceleration.

A P0420 most of the time is a bad converter even if it is not making noise. The rear oxygen sensor is getting bad info causing the light to come on. Driving with a miss for so time can cause the converter to fail.
check also your engine motor mount i know some of this model especially higher miles engine.
