What is your question?
In park and at stop, I feel a rough idle, or similar to how a “loping cam” feels 2004 Nissan Titan 167K Miles Cracked exhaust manifolds-Replaced with JBA headers and Cajun B Pipes Cat kit: Up-Rev technician retuned ECU to accept the new header set up. Replaced original O2's with new Nissans. Regular maintenance/break-fix parts: *Starter failed-changed and installed new intake gaskets *Replaced all hoses due to age or cracked *Replaced fuel pump due to failure *Replaced plugs and coil pacs due to age/normal maintenance *Replaced PCV's due to age *Throttle body-Local auto shop-(reprogrammed learn function) *Cam & Crank sensor-local shop to fix codes I've taken it to several local shops, including Nissan dealer with no resolution Looking for a local shop with Nissan Titan knowledge or expertise on tracking down similar issues, haven't found that guy, yet! I keep the truck in good condition and want to pass it down to my son soon but want to fix this first.

Hi. No idea. Too many parts replaced indiscriminately. No guessing is possible. We can offer advice to get you on the right track, but when you've replaced all that stuff without any guidance or knowledge any of it was needed -- it's created so many variables that there's no basis to go off of anymore. Hands on testing by a trusted technician equipped with proper tools and manuals is needed. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
Thanks Dave, I updated my question after your response. I left out far too much critical data, my rookie mistake! LOL I'm looking for a local expert but have yet to find that place here in SW Florida and I'm willing to travel if needed to get the problem solved. The local Nissan dealerships are struggling with inexperienced mechanics at the moment, so that option has yielded no help either. The local shops on the repairpal.com links are in the same boat, they don't know enough about Nissan Titan engines or don't have the proper diagnostic equipment. Again, thanks for the note! Randal
