rough idle and check engine light

What is your question?

I have recently had the 02 sensors replaced. That took care of the light, but now the car will idle rough for the first 30sec to 1min. Hot/Cold start does not matter. Drives fine after first minute or 2.

This sounds like you may have gotten incorrect Oxygen Sensors, so when you start up the vehicle, either the heater circuits are not correct or the way the initial mixture is read is not correct. This is not the first time I have seen this. You have to really use only factory Oxygen Sensors, or really weird issues can/will occur.
