rough idel first start also misfire

Rough running could be due perished breather hoses in the back of the engine, perished intake manifold gasket or some other vacuum leak Is the car misfiring constantly? what type of fuel do you use? is it from a reputable source? remove coil covers and check coils and plug condition, common for the rocker cover gasket to leak and the coil/plug valley fill with oil causing a misfire.
