Same thing on my 2000 s 430. I had to replace the power seat control switch. It controls everything. the door would not shut with the soft close features, the window, the mirror, the seat or heated seat. All of it worked again one I replaced the entire switch. it was not cheap but what is on a Benz?

thanks for the info,mb wants over 800 dollarsto replace it,plus labor,i can get the part for a lot less then 800 dolars,they told me after you put the new one in you have to callibrate it,do you know anything about it.
