replacing tires w/ TPMS

Any qualified tire shop should be able to replace the tires on your 2005 Acura MDX. Extra care must be taken not to damage the pressure sensors. If the system in your MDX requires a relearn procedure be performed after a tire rotation is done then chances are the relearn will be needed after the new tires are installed.
