need to know nut or not

Not sure what you are asking but, If I am guessing right, no. Nut at center is on driveshaft (half-shaft) does not need to be removed. Loosen slider pins on brake calipers and remove. Then loosen bolts and remove caliper mounting bracket. Compress caliper cylinder to maximize space for rotor. Use a wire or rope to suspend caliper in air, so not to stress flexible brake line. Rotor may have a factory set screw in it that needs removed. Otherwise, just tap on rotor till it breaks free and install new one and reverse process.
