Recently replaced fuel level sending unit and now too much pressure when refueling, could damage to the EVAP canister occurred during the previous repair. Also, where is the EVAP Canister located.

NTB07-060 Service bulletin regarding fitting a filter kit to the evaporitve emission system to prevent the vent control valve sticking. See if the dealer has done this campaign on your Parthfinder, it could cause the problem you are talking about. The canister is under the truck toward the rear( I think) made of black plastic rectangular about half the size of a shoe box. Do you have a Service Engine/Check Engine Light on?
