Recommended rotor front?

(2009 Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG)
in Tacoma, WA on November 12, 2012
There is some squiking sound from the fron wheels at the end of breaking process, just before the car stops. I recorded the sound and sent to AMG in Germany. They think it is a movement between the disk and hub and rekommend new rotors. They are only 2400 km (14000 mi) and very little worn. Could it just be some rust on the edges? Can you recommend some other brand than OEM?
Can a skilled layman do the job?
Kind regards

it does sound like the rotors as they say. this type of rotor is very soft and wears fast as all german cars do. the brake rotors are repl with every brake job due to dishing or rotors, i would suspect you may be in need of complete brake job. welcome to the world of MBZ. as far as another brand google www fast and price there parts
