Suspension & Steering
If the chassis fastener joints are improperly torqued they may loosen and fail or fall out, reducing steering and handling capability and increasing the risk of a crash.
Fasteners that secure multiple chassis joints may not be torqued properly. Dealers will inspect the joints and tighten or replace the fasteners as necessary free of charge to resolve the concern.
Recall repairs on your Chrysler must be performed by a Chrysler dealership. Chrysler will notify known owners of affected vehicles beginning in September, 2016. If you do not receive a notification, but wish to check to see if your vehicle is included, please contact one of your local Chrysler dealership. They will also check for any other incomplete recalls on your vehicle. For best results, be prepared to provide your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to the service department consultant you speak with.
