Rear Window Cable came loose

Putting rear right passenger window down. Cable came loose from what it is attached to in bottom of door, screw still in the spring. Is this a defect?

The same thing happened to my 2007 Kia Rondo. I'm currently trying to figure out how to access the interior of the door compartment to reattach the cable to the lower cable retainer.

Defect or not, the part (window regulator) has certainly failed and needs replaced. Hopefully you still have some warranty on the vehicle? Good luck.

Back driver side door doesn't open . for no apparent reason ? Just seems locked? I am think the kids may of hit the child proof lock on the inside of the door? how can I fix this
