Rear Power push out windows stopped working

What is your question?

One day both windows stopped opening. now they stay open and its been snowing for about a week now. this problem happened before snow or cold hit. i haven't been able to find any blown fuses and the deal wants over $100 just to look at it. Any help would be much appreciated.
