What is your question?
Middle rear seat belt on my 2003 Toyota Sequoia is stuck. It will not pullout or re-tract to it's normal position. Does anyone have any thoughts. Also, rear tailgate window just stopped working. Has power back there because I can here the motor clicking. When I first bought the truck (used) it had this problem that the dealership fixed for no cost to me. Been two years now and it's happened again. Any thoughts on how to repair that as well?

I have seen the rear window regulator fail that may be the problem with the window but the inner trim panel will have to be removed to inspect and see what is the true problem. The seat belt ratcheting mechanism may have jammed and need to be replaced, the one on my own Toyota just failed and I had to replace it.
try this- turn ignition on, press and hold down window down switch and have a friend slam the whole tailgate down while your pressing down on the switch. this should loosen the mechanism. If it doesnt work then open the tailgate cover and tap on the window motor this should loosen the mechanism and it should work. second option worked for me. lito 2002 sequoia
