Hello, Start by checking the bulbs. Even though it is all of them, check them out and see if they are good/bad. Check fuses as well (probably first), especially the brake light fuse, and check the relay for the tail lights. I would be interested to know if the brake lights come on when the brakes are pressed (ignition on and off), and if the reverse lights work with the key on, vehicle in reverse.
