rear brakes high speed vibs

What is your question?

I replaced rear shoes, hubs, drums, and hardware this past weekend. lubed backing plate shoe contact points. lube adjuster. and preadjusted shoes. when driving at aplication of brakes with 40-45 mph rear vibrates. also vibrates with handbrake so note hydraulic. what could it be, bad drums from napa?
