rattling noise when i accelertae?

My check engine light is on and when I push the gas down to get to a higher speed, it flashes and I hear a rattling noise. Any idea what this could be? Also I had it plugged in at the suto parts store and it threw up 5 codes. One was cuz bank 1 is lean, four out of six cyladers were not firing. I replaced the spark plug wires, coil pack, and fuel filter. The truck does run a lot better since I did that but the check engine light is still on and like I said flashes when I accelerate, and I hear a rattling noise?
