Rattling noise in door

We bought a used Chrysler Pacifica 2017 yesterday. It has 19,500 miles on it. We love it! However, today the right passenger area (glove compartment, door, dash area) has a rattling noise. It doesn't happen constantly and it only seems to happen on not perfectly smooth roads but it is so annoying!! We love the care and don't want to return it but I can't listen to this noise for years on end. Anyone else have this issue? The car has a clean car fax and is pristine other than this random rattling. I have called the dealership and am waiting for a call back tomorrow.
