Radio Glitch

What is your question?

The radio turns itself on/off every 30 seconds to 2 mins. The display screen only shows "Dodge" when it is on. I'm unable to change the radio station when the radio is on, unable to use Bluetooth/Aux/USB, and unable to see what the climate controls are set to.
