Radio display gone from screen

Hello, This is a common problem in a few different models, but I have never heard of the Ridgeline having the issue. Especially a 2018 model. My shop teacher in high school used to say, "the only parts that break are old ones and new ones", so it is not unheard of for a defective unit to roll out of the factory. If it were me, I would see about a complimentary oil change while at the dealer for warranty work.
