The code for the radio may be in your owner's manual. If it is not there, call a dealership. They will need your vehicle's VIN number to look up the code for you. Although, if the radio has been replaced you will need to bring the vehicle to them. The radio will need to be removed to access the serial number on it to look up the code in the Mercedes-Benz database.
