What is your question?
Where is the exact location of the radiator fan relay on a 2009 vw jetta 2.5L sedan? Replaced radiator fan assembly with new contol modules, wiring harness, new coolant temperature sensors(2 of them). Pulled every fuse, one by one to see which one related to/would kill power to fans, both in dash fuse compartment & underhood compartment and not one of them killed the power to my cooling fans! Please help!
What makes this problem better or worse?
Replaced whole radiator fan assemblies, now fans run constantly until it drains battery.
How long has your 2009 Volkswagen Jetta had this problem?
Few days

Hello, first - there is a service bulletin that states that it's normal for fans to run up to 15 minutes after the engine is shut off. Have you verified it goes longer? If your battery dies before 15 minutes, consider checking your battery for capacity and health, as well as the charging system. That said, a review of the workshop manual in brief did not show a fan relay location or presence. Why did you replace all the components in the first place? Hello, yes I had a fan with broken blades and then mysterious object on hwy wiped out the whole bottom half of my condensor and rad support. Therefore i actually have replaced all above components. And yes the fans run much longer then 15mins. And they will even drain a jumper before even being able to jump battery again because soon as i even touch power to battery termenals, they will kick on full speed.
