Radiator Cooling Fan

What is your question?

Both cooling fans have stopped working. My car is not over heating, however the a/c is not working either (blowing hot air). My first question, is there a fuse, other than the relay that may have gone bad? I have replaced relay and fan still not working. Is there a fuse in the fan assenbly itself that can be replaced?
