Hello, I do not think the rain is associated with the issue, since those issues point to low fuel pressure. There are about 10 different solutions for these two codes, and I do not recommend beginning to change parts as you may rebuild the entire fuel system before the problem is found. Have a technician connect a professional scan tool to view freeze frame data, and look for fuel leaks. They may also need to insert a fuel pressure gauge into the lines at multiple points to verify the issue. Again, please do not start chagning parts as this will become much more expensive than diagnosis, and fuel system components installed improperly can cause fires.
