What is your question?
No prior issues. engine failed to start one time, and has never started again. Has a new 12 v battery. When key is turned in the ignition the lights, fan, door locks all works, but the engine does not turn over. There is no sounds from the engine when ignition is turned on. No clicking, nothing. We have tried all recommendations, nothing has worked. We did discovered that there is no charge/fire going from battery to ignition. The battery power does not drop when ignition is turned on.

Hey, my name is Dusty and I'm one of the auto experts with RepairPal's Car Genius team here to help! That's odd for sure... There could be many possibilities causing the no-crank condition, and since the engine isn't cranking over then there's no need to power the ignition system for spark. Situations like this carry lots of questions like: Were the battery terminals connected with reverse polarity by accident? Is the check engine light coming on when the key is turned to the accessory position? Are there any Immobilizer or security faults stored in the vehicle? And depending on those things, there could be many more. I think your best bet is to have it evaluated by a shop that specializes in advanced diagnostics, it could turn out to be a simple issue, but on the off-chance, it's more complex they'll be ready to tackle the job.
