What is your question?
I have a crank no start volvo 2013 xc70 T6 AWD, stalled while driving and no start. Fuel Tank full, Batterystrong, no codes. I feel there is no fuel or Fuel pressure. Seems like the PEM is bad, but I can not locate it. Most diagraims show it above Fuel Tank, Passenger side - nothing. Anyone changed and located the PEM on the 2013 XC70 AWD? Thank you in advance.

You feel there is no fuel pressure. Have you checked fuel pressure at the fuel rail? The PEM - or Fuel Tank Control Module - is located in the fuel tank and requires removal of the fuel tank to access. Instead of guessing, perhaps perform needed testing? www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
