My 2002 Volvo v70 2.4t gauges not working and my windows roll up on there on, radio changes stations randomly, the air will turn on without the key being in the ignition

The instrument cluster rarely comes on anymore. The check engine light is on sometimes. My cruise stops working at random, doors won't unlock, radio station changes on its own. Sunroof stopped working and the fuse is good. Transmission doesn't shift right at times. Power steering pump works sometimes. Theres a hissing noise at times coming from under my steering wheel when I turn it to the right or left.
What makes this problem better or worse?
It seems to get worse when the engine is running for a while
