You're going to have a hard time finding a name that anyone will recognize. The warranty book calls it a "cover bumper", and the parts book probably something else entirely. Your best bet is to go to the Dealer and have them show you a picture and point and say, "That's it", or just explain it like you did in your question. If you have the old one on either side, get the part # off it, that may help too.

It's called a Bumper Grille...thank you much for your help.. www.eEuroparts.com select: Exterior Body Mechanical /Trim.. Part# 9190259 (RH Bumper Grille- $14.73) and #9190257 (LH Bumper Grille- $15.79) these are for 99" V70XC w/ fog lights... they do have the grilles for 99" V70XC w/o fog lights. thanks again
