I have a 98 volvo s90 that wont start, lights come on headlights come on but when i turn the key nothing happens. I just put a new starter on and still the same problem? Do you have any ideas what it could be?
Make sure the battery is charged and then check for power at the starter. This could be ignition or security system related.
