I have a 2011 volvo s80 that has error code P261086 timing performance issue. If i purchase the Vida Dice, can i do my own software upgrade if needed? Has anyone used this device ? 2011 Volvo S80

What makes this problem better or worse?

had the transmission checked and no issues there, but they came back with the code P261086
